Ronald L. Watkins, Owner

Ron Watkins is the sole owner of ARCH. Originally organized in 2003 as ACH, the company under Mr. Watkins' leadership has undergone enormous changes in regards to client growth, program expansion and technical enhancements.

A graduate of George Washington University’s Benjamin Franklin School of Accountancy, Mr. Watkins earned a Bachelor of Commercial Science degree in 1977. After several years of working in the consulting field, he entered the healthcare arena in 1982 serving as Executive Vice President for a regional medical supply distributor. In 1990, Watkins began working in the accounts receivable management field earning numerous sales awards from Medaphis Services Corp. and NCO Financial Systems.


Kate Austin, Vice President Operations

Upon graduating with honors from Towson University, Ms. Austin worked as an Account Manager for a customer service and training consultant firm in Annapolis, MD. Austin joined the ARCH team in 2009. She has held virtually every position imaginable at ARCH including that of a Collections Representative, Billing Representative, Human Resource Manager and Operations Manager.

Austin, a Certified Revenue Cycle Executive (CRCE-I) has recently overseen ARCH’s internal collection and operating system conversion working hand in hand with Columbia Ultimate, Inc. in support of ARCH’s continuing growth and improvement initiative.


Sheila Anderson, Vice President, Revenue Cycle Control

With over thirty years of healthcare billing experience, Ms. Anderson brings a vast knowledge and understanding of Revenue Cycle Management to ARCH. Anderson began her career at North Arundel Hospital and after over twenty years of service working for Central Healthcare, Medaphis and NCO, Anderson decided that working with ARCH afforded her the opportunity to service clients in a more productive manner.

A Certified Patient Technician, Anderson manages all facets of billing and billing follow-up processes at ARCH.


Michelle Kosmicki, Collections Manager

Another alumnus of Central Healthcare, Medaphis and NCO, Ms. Kosmicki too has in excess of thirty years of experience in healthcare with her main focus being on the collection of self-pay balances. While she is responsible for the day-to-day management of ARCH’s Collection Representatives, Kosmicki also communicates daily with both patients and clients which enables her to maintain grass roots exposure with the daily workflow that is so important to successfully running our company.

Michael Watkins

Michael Watkins, Director, Sales and Marketing

Michael joined ARCH in July, 2015. A graduate of St. Mary’s College of Maryland with a degree in Political Science, Mr. Watkins was also a three year starter on the lacrosse team. Michael comes to ARCH with over thirteen years of management experience in the civil construction industry working on various projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region. Most recently Michael worked for Allan Myers of Worcester Pennsylvania managing a 23 million dollar project in Baltimore, Maryland.

Mr. Watkins will utilize his management skills along with his past experience as a collector in the hospital marketplace to spearhead ARCH’s sales and marketing efforts.
